Suggest Treatment For Ear Infection For Years

Am 26 years old male having ear infection from my age 3. still now perforation is there. I have undergone tonsil surgery. now day hearing also getting reduced. even after having heavy dose of augmentin 625 and 1 gm it is not cured. i fell uneasy with my problem. please help

dear you maybe suffering from chronic ear infection.it may be caused by recurrent eustachian tube blockage or due recurrent throat infection.if you having tympanic membrane perforation with discharge get pus send culture.avoid cool drinks and freeze water, use hot water vapor inhalation.tab.alday-dc twice a day for 5 days.tab.azithromycine 500 mg twice a day for 5 days.still symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.i think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.
