Suggest Treatment For Ear Pain, Sore Throat And Dizziness

I ve been sick with what I thought was a cold for about a week now. I do not have a fever or chills, my symptoms include: lightheaded need, a single blood shot eye (that has appeared in the last 2 days), whooping cough, left ear ache, sore throat, yellow flem from nasal and throat, the lightheadedness is worse and is doubled with pain when I lean or lay down. I have been having trouble sleeping the last few days.

Hi,

Noted your history of yellow nasal discharge, pain in left ear, lightheaded, whooping cough but no fever, no chill.
Your history is obviously indicating towards infective pathology converting the nasal discharge yellow, pain in the said area.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Consult an ENT Surgeon for clinical evaluation, Endoscopy to know the cause and get investigated as follows:
CT scan of sinuses is a must.
Tests of blood for CBC, sugar, kidney functions.
All this will lead to a proper diagnosis and thus allow proper management.
This may be in the form of an antibiotic, anti-inflammatory and decongestant medicines.
Topical decongestant nasal drops.
Bed rest and steam inhalation.
Rest of the treatment as per the cause found.
