General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I appreciate your concern
This could be due to throat infection may be due to bacteria or viral infection leading to tonsillitis

Zpack is good antibiotics but that works only in presence of bacterial infection

I would advise you to consult an ENT surgeon for examination and a battery of tests like CBC and throat swab for culture

Do gargling with warm saline water or antiseptic mouthwash
have lukewarm water to drink
Avoid cold and icy substances.
Have multivitamin supplements like vitamin C

I hope you will find my response helpful and informative
follow up questions are most welcome
regards
