Suggest Treatment For Easy Bruising, Headache And Dizziness

my MPV, MCH and MCV are low (below the reference range). I bruise easily and my veins are more prominent and sometimes they look very dark. Been suffering headaches and dizziness too. diagnosed with costrochondritis few weeks ago (reason my doctor advised me to have a CBC exam, ECG). my heart beats faster than normal, (doctor said nervous-mode beating, eventhough im not nervous) but my ECG results are normal.

Hi welcome to health care magic...

Your MCV and MCH is low...

So here anemia and particularly iron deficiency anemia should be ruled out...

You need to investigate with full CBC with differential count and peripheral smear examination....
In iron deficiency anemia headache and dizziness can occur. ..And fast heart beat and breathlessness can occur from hyperdynemic circulation...

So if present correct with iron tablets. ...

Get your physical examination done from physician and if needed according to examination further work up done

Hope this will help
