I was grilling Bratwurst sausages on my gas grill outside, when the gas ran out (we did not know it was low). they had only been on the grill long enough to be slightly charred on the outside, so I brought them into the house and boiled them in water. My family proceeded to eat the sausages, and after two or three bites we each noticed that even after 8 minutes of grilling and 10 minutes of boiling, the inside of the sausages were still pink. I ve been worried about getting worms, so I have been checking my stool daily (I have had diarrhea for about a week now) and over the past two days (we ate the sausages four days ago) I have noticed some white, stringy things in my stool, mostly about the thickness of a small bean sprout. However, we ate spaghetti yesterday (after which was the first time I checked my stool), so I thought perhaps it can be noodles instead? I think it s extremely disgusting and I m terrified of having WORMS living inside me! Is there any other home test I can do in the meantime, or something to mitigate it? I am planning on taking my wife and children to the doctor tomorrow morning (monday).
