Hi, I was wondering, I have exema on my feet and it acted up a few months ago. now I have it on my hands but I looked at different pictures and really none of them looked like mine. they are small white outlined in white with pink in the middle. I have tried stuff for athletes foot and fluocinonide cream 0.05% and 1% and it s not helping any. I was wondering if you had any suggestions for me
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of eczema on feet and hands which seem to be due to dermatitis due to cosmetics products, weather, food like nuts and sea food and could be seasonal allergy and nutritional deficiencies.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you keep yourself away from the open environment and start taking an antihistamine like Benadryl. You should apply cold compresses to the affected area and apply moisturizer. If the condition doesn't get improve or get worse then consult allergy specialist for proper examination. The doctor will ask a history of your health and try to find out the trigger factor. The doctor may order an allergy test.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Regards, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
