3 8 year old make no previous health problems of any kind.no family history of any health problems.parents in 70s and no meds. Presenting with + 1 pitting edema in feet and ankles.tender at joints from some mild selling.no sob, no chest pain, still peeing.?

Consult a physician and get evaluated. A detailed evaluation is required to find out the exact cause.
We have to rule out possible causes like renal dysfunction and hypoalbuminemia.
You can do a renal function test also, An ultrasound scan also has to be done.
