Suggest Treatment For Elbow Pain While Moving Hand Or Lifting Heavy Objects

Right behind my elbow hurts when I squeeze my hand tightly or grab/lift anything that weighs more than about 5 pounds or so. If I rub right behind the elbow it hurts slightly. I believe it may have started after doing curls with 25 lb weights a few days in a row after a long period of inactivity. Could this be tennis elobw and what suggestions do you have other than rest to treat it?

You have Tennis elbow. Apply warm packs to the painful regions. Take pain killers. Avoid lifting weights for 15 days.
