Suggest Treatment For Elbow Rash
I have a rash on the outside of my elbows and on my calves that consists of little red bumps. The rash on my elbows I have had for years. It comes and goes and doesn t cause much discomfort. The rash on my legs has appeared relativity recently and appears to be the same consistency. I am an active runner. I have been running for 2 hours at a time for training. Should I be concerned with either the rash on my elbows or the rash on my calves

I suggest using Cetirizine 10 mg daily.
I also suggest using a steroid lotion for local application.
Cold compresses can also be helpful.
