Suggest Treatment For Elevated SGPT And SGOT Levels

I am 53,having type 2 diabetics and high TG.I am taking amaryl, metformin 500 and fenofibrate 145. Recently I have diagnosed mild fatty liver and SGPT 173 mmol and SGOT103 mmol. Before taking this medicine my SGPT and SGOT was normal. I am scared why my SGPT and SGOT gradually going high. Recently my doctor prescribe me to take medicine ursocol 300,fenofibrate145,vitamine e, are this medicine ok for me. I am also taking raw turmeric, fresh neem leaf,omega 3 6 9 and garlic capsul. I am not sure whether these medicines are ok for me or not. Please advice.

Hello,

Fatty liver can play role in type 2 DM.
So tab. metformin is also no problem to liver.
Amaryl reaction some time produce Liver damage.
First we must know are you an Alcoholic?
That may lead to fatty liver.
