Suggest Treatment For Elevated Bilirubin Levels
my 4 months old son, developed jaundice at age of 6 weeks, which is progressively worsening. liver enzymes are also raised, liver is 9cm in size. no obstruction on abdominal ultrasound. TORCH profile, galactosemia profile is negative. but conjugated bilirubin is continuously increasing. can you please give your opinion regarding diagnosis?? gastroentrologist hv provisional diagnosis of PFIC.
