Hi dear ! Your physician is here to guide you through to get a control over blood sugar level. Its deranged and uncontrolled diabetes which you have. But it can be well managed in limits if you start proper treatment. Unfortunately diabetes is a disease that needs regular medication. Life style modification is recommended if you ask me a break through until you get ur insurance and start prescription. Brisk walk 30min daily. Take plenty of water. High fiber diet low in sugar and fats can help u keep sugar level somewhat low. But still u need to consult a physician as soon as possible. Hope it Helped u today. Thanks and have a nice time Regards: Dr. Hanif MD USA
