General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern.
Incomplete data like age, gender, presence of any medical illness, the detailed results of lipid profile (LDL cholesterol, Total cholesterol, Triglycerides)??
Assuming your Cholesterol to be high and not responding to lifestyle changes such as exercise and dietary restriction of fat, it is therefore advised you to start taking cholesterol lowering drug (Statin) like Atorvastatin once daily in the evening time.
You need to visit a doctor for the prescription and proper clinical examination to rule out high BP, or lab tests to rule out diabetes.
Continue following the lifestyle changes as before.
Hope this answers your query.
