I am around 45 years old male with body weight around 85 kg, 5 feet 10 inches. Iam suffering from hypertension and taking medicine for nearly 4 years. Very recently I have been diagonised with LVH and diastolic dysfunction. Report says LVEF 68% with good bi ventricular systolic function, uniform wall thickness. I have elevated cholestoral level.Please suggest treatment required. Also advice me whether I can play games like football, cricket etc. Your early answer is highly solicited.

hi
your echo findings are due to the hypertensive changes( as you are known hypertensive)
you can meet your treating doctor to start you on anti cholesterol drugs with antiplatelets (if not contrindicated)
& continue your hypertensive medications
you can play & exercise but not to that extent, to get too much exertion,by which you can develop breathlessness or discomfort.
