Suggest Treatment For Elevated Liver Enzymes And Hyperthyroidism

my husband has been sick for 3 weeks, saw his doctor who had blood work done. Tests came back, showed high liver enzymes and high thyroid. Doctor had 1 more test done on the blood, not cagk yet with results. He has nightsweats and fever up to 101. Usually very healthy, he is 64
