hello sir I am a diabetic patient suffering from 2 years I am using glimistar m1 tablets and i have not used any vitamin tablets from one month I am facing a problem that i am hearing a beep sound and i am not getting sleep in night times. for that I have approached a doctor he advised to use multi vitamin tablets. I am taking full tablet in the morning and half in the evening, my sugar levels are showing 100 in fasting 200 after meals what i have to do to reduce sugar levels please suggest me.

it appears you are having type 2 diabetes. get your diabetic profile every 6months. go for life style change. restriction of diet and regular morning walk for one hour. increase your day time physical activity. consult dibetologist for rearrangement of drug schedule. better take metformin 500mg Sr tablet daily.
