Suggest Treatment For Elevated Voltage Gated Potassium Channel Antibody

Immunology, Gastroenterology, Neurology : Please help! Our granddaughter has been in Johns Hopkins for over 75 days with NO definitive diagnosis. Her entire digestive system is paralyzed. Has a Pic line and on TPN. She is 24 and the mother of a 6 month old. An elevated voltage gated potassium channel antibody is the only unusual finding.
