Suggest Treatment For Emotional Outbursts While On Antidepressants
I'm on antidepressant medication and anxiety medication. I've only reacently started taking them 3 weeks ago. I felt fine for the first couple weeks, but here in the last few days, everything seems to set me off into tears. Things that I would normally not cry about. I feel so low about myself; almost like everything I do isn't good enough. Also I been getting bad headaches and mild cramps in the lower abdominal area. Also, I have a very hard time getting to sleep even though I'm very tired, which causes me to feel lethargic during the day.
I went through your details. Depressive disorder is like that. It is always troubling. I am interested to know the treatment you are taking. Usually, depression is treated with a combination of exercise, medicines, psychotherapy, life style changes and meditation. Once you adapt to the situation, your depression usually becomes manageable. Please talk to your psychiatrist regarding these steps. I am sure your present condition will change.
