Good afternoon

Enlarged glands in the neck are usually caused by infections in the throat, however you are experiencing weight loss and loss of appetite, these
symptoms require further investigation.
It is advisable that you do some blood tests including a thyroid screening test and blood sugar levels. If one of the glands is rapidly growing, you have to visit a general surgeon to assess it.

Get well soon.
