Hello
Alcoholism is one of the causes of enlarged liver..
There are many other causes like
Infections
Genetic problems
Malaria etc
It has to be evaluated further..
Get the necessary blood workup and scans advised by your doctor..accordingly treatment will be planned..
Hepatomegaly (liver enlargement)is not always a problematic condition..don't worry
Hope this clears your doubts..if you have any queries I would be happy to answer..
I find this answer helpful
