Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Ovaries And Fluid In Pouch Of Douglas
Age - 20 yrs. 6 months Height - 5'8" Weight 62 Kg.
I had an abdominal Ultrasound & the report says Bilateral ovaries are enlaged in size with increased stromal echogenicity & multiple small peripherally located cysts. Right ovary measurements - 52x29x28mm left ovary 45x33x17mm; volume 14cc. There is evidence of minimal fluid in pouch of douglas.
I have been troubled by acne for the last four years. Please advise what I should do.
