for urology surgeons.for enlarged prostate, there is procedures exist already for cure; to cut the skin envelope of the prostate without doing any thing else, may be by lazer or convemtional surgery, that allows the release of the presure inside, that now the pressure inside the prostate and ite surrounding tissues and organs to be even and the same preuure, it has the least side effects, please advise.Is it done in the USA, what is the name, and who does it in New Jersey.
Firstly, the cause of enlarged prostate needs to be determined. I suggest you to get pelvic ultrasound and blood levels of PSA. The management can be determined after results of these investigations are received. In case of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), procedure - TURP can be done.
