Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Spleen Due To Jaundice

I am a CML , chronic phase patient from 2008. I was diagnosed by enlarged spleen due to jaundice. I was given a 400 mg of imatinib each day, at starting it responded well but after 3 to 4 months when my count reduces I suddenly got to know that I have little effects shown on liver due to imatinib. So, doctors changed my vaccine but all goes in vane nothing responded. It is well for some time only. Now doctors suggested me to dasatinib but the cost rise is not affordable.so kindly help me out if you know what to do. i An from India.
