Suggest Treatment For Eosinophilia

Hi, I have my brother who had fever and one of the doctors prescribed Malaria medicines, he is also on anti depressant, now he has developed eosinophilia, and suffers with breathlesness.this is the fisrt time problem and doctor has now prescribed inhalers, asthalin and some inhable capsule. Please suggest if this is advisable? As the Inhalers may form a part of life
