Repeat semen analysis from a different laboratory after 5 days of no ejaculation. Hormone assay of testosterone, and other sex hormone to know the balance . Continue the treatment as suggested by your Urologist. Use loose clothes Avoid hot temperatures at any cost. Scrotal bath with tap water / cold one twice daily.
