Suggest Treatment For Epilepsy

Hi, i have suffered from epilepsy for 15 years (now 29 years old) and recently I have felt that I am at risk of an attack - therfore my dosage of tegrotol was increased. I experience a pain in the back of my head in the morning and that gradually eases throughout the day but still remains. This has been the case the last 3 weeks. I'm also suffering with loss of coordination, memroy loss and feelings of nausea. I am currently awaiting the results of an MRI scan. Do you think that the change in medication may have caused these symptoms?
