Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfuction

My boyfriend & I do not have a good sex life at all. He is in his 40's and I am the first one he's had sex with. (He never had any sex with anyone till he was 45). He can't keep it up at all... He would get hard & then it goes soft after a minute or so even if we didn't start the act yet. And doesn't ejaculate. I can't even have an orgasim because he can't stay hard long enough to do anything. He just told me he masterbates EVERYDAY & has for dozens of years. Maybe he does it too much & then when it comes time for actual he can't perform?
