Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction And Blood Drops Coming From Penis Head

I have been experiencing erectile dysfunction. When I do manage to reach orgasm there seems to be very tiny drops of blood seeping through the skin on the side of the head of my penis.....there are no cuts....but the skin there has undergone changes....it s no longer elastic....it s seems either thinner, it s dry and a little... shiny . Is this something to be worried about?

Hello,

The narrated skin changes indicate balanitis most likely co relating with blood drops coming from side of head of penis without cuts. There can be underlying phimosis or partial phimosis issue which has to be revealed after thorough surgical examination. Erectile dysfunction may be secondary to underlying inflammation induced pain, difficult foreskin retraction or other psychology related issues. Till the time being approach:
- Try to retract the foreskin fully and cleanse with antiseptic liquid or soap
- Avoid dehydration and secondary bacterial infection by consuming plenty of liquids
- Local application of polymycin cream if no history of drug sensitivity
- Avoid masturbation or intercourse if sexually active at present
- Avoid smoking or alcohol if consuming
- Control of blood sugar is very vital
