i am 49 yrs. male.wt.59kg.blood sugar normal.no major disease. my question is my penis is not erected fully mainly after dinner and intercourse time also very short due to quick discharge. if there any medicine to erect my penis very quickly and increase my intercourse time more than 20 mins.without discharge?
