The problem what you are encountering with getting erection and
tiredness appears more likely to be psychological in nature than physical illness.
You need to develop more confidence by practising
behavioral therapy like 'pauze and squeeze' technique regularly along with
pelvic floor exercises.

Tadalafil to get proper erection when necessary.
Control anxiety by practising
meditation regularly.
Since your age is young, gradually, you should gain confidence and easily overcome this problem.
