hi sir, i am 56 years old. i have nil erection. i am type 2 diabetic but it is in full control of below 100 on fasting. i am not getting erection at all. even viagra 50 gm is not working for me. in my young age i used to have more than enough sex with my wife who is very co-operative. but now i am unable to go near to her. what is the problem.

Hi,

I think you should try behavioural therapy to change the way you think and feel about it. If viagra doesn't work you can use Tadalafil or horny goat weed. Also you can test your testosterone levels if they are low injections may be needed.
