Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction In A Heart Patient
I am 66 Years old, had bypass surgery almost a year ago. I need help in keeping an erection and have been prescribed Isosorbide Mono ER Tabs 30mg. My Dr. says that erectile dysfunction cannot be treated with Cialis, viagra, Levtra, or riociguat. So is there anything that can help me safely for my condition.
You can use viagra (Sildenafil) in a dose of 25 mg. If the response is poor, increase to 50 and then 75 mgm. But don't take it more than 100 mg. Viagra has protecting effects on heart and decreases pulmonary artery pressure. Start alprax and do meditation to alleviate anxiety.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
