Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction In An Elderly Person

I am 63 years old and I am diabetic. I am unable to maintain a full erection and have to use viagra, however there are some side effects such as headaches and back pains. I have tried other products but none has worked. Is there another product available that s effective with no side effects ?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Viagra (sildenafil) is an oral therapy for erectile dysfunction which restores impaired erectile function by increasing blood flow to penis. Erectile dysfunction is very common in diabetic patients due vascular neuropathy. Viagra causes headache, flushing, respiratory tract infection, angina pectoris, migraine, syncope, tachycardia, postural hypotension, tremor, depression, hypoglycemic reaction, arthritis, deafness, photosensitivity, and accidental fall. These are common side effects of Viagra. We have very limited option for treatment of erectile dysfunction. Viagra is the most effective drug for treatment of ED. Other treatments are not as effective and safe as Viagra. How much dose you are using you not written here.
Advice
1.     Viagra 25 mg about 1 hr before sexual intercourse
2.     Methylcobalamin 500 mcg daily per oral for 3 months
3.     Avoid smoking and alcohol as it affects your erection
4.     Start workout in gym
5.     Lose weight if you are overweight

Thanks
