Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction With Masturabtion

I am a 25 years old unmarried man, from very childhood I was having the habit of masturbation. Recently I got a girlfriend whom I am going to marry after 1 or 2 years.But the problem is that from the last 4 months am not getting that much of strong erections as earlier life, the penies has become one like that of a child, and everytime I spend time with my girlfriend or get physically close, semen leaks out from the non erect penies. Sometimes good amount of sperm comes out with urine immediately after passing stool. And there after feels discomfort,pain in testicles root of the penies,unconfortable in walking or running etc. I consulted with some doctors but they are not always ready to listen the explanations of my problems. Right now I dont mustarbate infact penies dont get erect if I mustarbate, only some erection happens if I am Close to my girl friend. I am very much afraid whether this things are going to ruin my sexual life after marraige. Please help........
