Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

Hi Doctor I am a diabetic 63Y now sugar under control due to allepathic medication. Have a problem of Errectile disfunction for lat 2Years. & also constipation. I have tried Triphala churna, Isabgol, sukhakark vati & some homoepathic medicines which proved effective for a very short period. Please advice on above two. Suresh

Hi,

In your case, erectile dysfunction may be due to long-time diabetes mellitus, even though it is controlled. And anxiety may be other cause after initial failure of erection. Control of diabetes mellitus, avoidance of anxiety and a positive attitude might improve the condition. If needed, tab. Tadalafil may be taken before sexual activity for some time. And anxiolytic drug-like, tab. Fluoxetine may be taken for a few weeks.
