Dr. Hanif warmly welcomes you!

Thanks for consulting the Physicians at HealthCare Magic. I have worked through your case thoroughly, and I can easily realize your health worries. Being your physician, I reassure you not to worry as things will settle down very soon.

You are feeling overapprehensive and it is worsening your concerns. You should go to the laboratory for testosterone and DHT levels done. Take the result to a physician or consult me back for the comments on that.

As far as bodily hair distribution is concerned, it not abnormal to have no hair on chest. It happens sometimes that you don't have chest hair but other male pattern of hair distribution is there in you, and that is good. You need to get relaxed and very calm. Anxiety leads to decreased libido and erectile dysfunction too. You need to change the timings of intercourse. Best suited for you is early morning after a good sleep when you are relaxed and feeling nice. Meditation will also help you gain stronger erections and lasting even longer.

Intimacy, foreplay and other techniques like going on a walk with your partner, spending some time on bench in a park, throwing casual thoughts and catharsus will make you gain strength too. Jogging is best exercise for building stamina.

If these all, stop working no more for you, consult a urologist for evaluation. Somemtimes aortoiliac named atherosclerosis (vessel occlusion) causes diminished blood flow to the penis and weaker erections and dysfunction. You will need to go the urologist. He will do the rest.

May you get very well soon and have a wonderful time ahead. Please don't forget to give your valuable feedback to help us assist you in a better way.

Regards!
