Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

Im 20 yrs old and i dont get any erections anymore, i do get hard when i only stimulate it constantly and it goes away in seconds if i stop and it is only 70-80% erect. I do get weak erections during in my sleep it is 40-50% erect but it goes away immediately. Please help. I have this problem for a month now.
