Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

I am a 21 yr old male , I used to have a very active lifestyle of soccer an the gym but started trading forex and a salesman at a dealership as well. as you can imagine I don t get much sleep. I noticed that it started gradually becoming more difficult to get an erection and maintain it. I don t know if it is over worked or what is going on. sometimes having intercourse with my girlfriend multiple times a day. Also it is not as elastic as it used to be an sometimes when I get a peeing sensation it doesn t always want to come out right away. Diabetes does run in the family an my lipido has decreased significantly.
