I understand your concern.
The problem you are having with erection is mainly due to psychological factor than physical one. You can overcome this problem by doing the following.
1. Take medication like Tablet.
Tadalafil 30 minutes before intercourse to increase blood supply to the penis and get good erection.
2. Kindly practice '
pause and squeeze' technique, which over a period of time helps you to sustain erection for a longer duration.
3. Overcome fear or
anxiety by practicing
meditation to keep your mind calm.
4. Spend more time during foreplay and gain proper confidence before doing the act.
5. Include in your diet - almonds, banana, pineapple, saffron, cardamom, figs, honey and pumpkin.
6. Particularly for
premature ejaculation, use of topical anesthetics creams and sprays that contain a numbing agents, such as
lidocaine or prilocaine will help.
7. Intake of selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors (SSRIs) such as
sertraline would delay ejaculation.
Once you overcome these with improved confidence, you should be able to gain good erection gradually and perform better. Gradually you can reduce taking medications or take only when it is absolutely necessary.
