I am a 65 yo male. I am having a hard time getting an erection. I have always had a very low sex drive. have a problem with fast orgasms. what could be causing it, is there any meds or supplements that would help me. I can t take Viagra as it gives me a terrible headache. I am on blood pressure meds.

It may be due to performance anxiety. For that you can take tablet Sildenafil one hour before sexual act. Avoid strenuous activity. Avoid smoking and alcohol. Do regular exercise and take proper sleep
