Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

Hi i had a heart attack 20 months ago and i now have heart disease... I obviously take medication but my relationship is suffering as i cant get an erection and havent been able to for a long time. Can i take anything to help please? Its causing alot of stress. I take ticagrelor,ramipril,eplerenone, amitriptyline,bisoprosol,atrovastatin.im too embarrased to see the gp but want to save my relationship... Please help

Hi,

You can take Sildenafil or Tadalafil for erectile dysfunction. However, be careful, these drugs may cause fall in blood pressure so be cautious about this side effect. Otherwise, these drugs are largely safe.
