Before deciding treatment, we have to understand the cause of this dysfunction.

The cause at your age could be psychological, vascular (venous leak) or least likely neurogenic.

The initial test is penile Doppler Ultrasound. This will help us differentiate between the different causes. Each cause has different treatment plan.

Once the cause is diagnosed, you can then discuss different treatment options with your physician.
