Hello dear
Understand your concern
I think your problem is due to sexual anxiety as you are newly married and did sex first time. Gradually this problem will disappear.
But if problem persists, you have to diagnose the cause of it.
Following are the causes: Psychological (depression and anxiety, relationship issue), Medical (obesity,
hypertension, diabetes, smoking and alcohol consumption, prostate problem, back nerve and spinal problem, low
testosterone. orchitis/epididmytis)
For diagnosis you have to consult the psychiatric or
urologist. Doctor may give following advice:
Cognitive
behavioral therapy for psychiatric problem, avoid stress while doing sex and spend more time in foreplay, talk to your partner about problem as it decrease anxiety and help in sex, use double condom, try women on top position, start pelvic exercise, walking and medication in the morning for 45-60 minutes regularly, take healthy diet and fresh fruits, antioxidant rich items (almonds and Co Q), avoid alcohol and smoking, avoid fatty food and food high in salt.
If problem persists, you can use tablet
sildenafil plus paroxentine 30-40 minutes before sex after proper evaluation.
Testosterone injection for low testosterone and take treatment of above cause if detect.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
