i am 42 years.my weight is71kg.my penis is very small and week.my penis musals are very week.when i go to near my wife it ca,nt tight.

1. First thing we have to identify the cause for the erectile dysfunction.
2. There are main reasons. first is mood / psychiatric disorder, second is vascular cause ( blood supply) and third is underlying medical conditions ( systemic diseases)
3. A counselling and ant penile doppler and treating the underlying medical conditions would help in diagnosing and treating the problem.
4.Visit your doctor and let him go through your medical conditions.
5.And ask for need flu investigations and treatment.
