doctor, i am a male of 34 years old.i got married ten years before but due to the reason of erectile dysfunction my married life destroyed.now my parents again are making arrangements of my marriage but i think myself unable to get married and i have a fear of recurrence again the same situation.Please make a advice for my problem

hi, first we need to find out whether your erectile dysfunction is organic or psychogenic.any type of erectile impotence can be successfully treated with medications like PDE 5 inhibitors and if medications dont work, surgical correction is available.Before getting married again, meet a urologist in person, get the necessary tests done and start on recommended treatment.
