Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

My husband has erectile issues and has never been able to come during vaginal sex. We would like to be able to have children someday and are wondering where to start and what options we would have. Our insurance is quite basic and I don t think they cover any sort of fertility treatment. I have heated of couples using menstrul cups like instead to deliver sperm to the vagina. Is this a valid option?

Erectile dysfunction may be due to several causes . It can be due to various medical or psychological causes. Presecence of Early morning erection may cliniclly rule out medical causes. If Possible medical causes are ruled out Psycholocical causes can be evaluated .
step 1 : get a urologist opinion
step 2: if no cause could be found out . get a psychiatrist opinion
