I have been diagnosed with erythema nodosum. Multiple blood tests and XRY was done to find out any trigger diseases. The only positive test came with Atypical P-ANCA TITER, however I do not have any symptoms of the diseases associated with this pattern. I am taking Prednison 5MG daily and the Rheumatologist just prescribed Methotrexate once week. But my Erythema is not getting better. What should I do else, where to go...

Do the following test to exclude the cause:
CBC, ESR, ASO titer, CRP, Chest X-Ray, USG Advice are as follow: It is generally self limiting, resolves in 5-6 week. Treatment depend on underlying cause. Bed rest Leg elevation Bandage application Cold pad application Tablet acetamenopahan Tablet predmet 5 mg in severe case Tablet Alidac 0.5 mg also useful in refractory case. It will take time to cure.
