General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The endoscopic findings are suggestive of acid peptic disease involving both the lower part of the stomach and the esophagus. I advise you to take proton pump inhibitor like pantoprazole along with a prokinetic like domperidone for about 4-6 weeks.

Avoid smoking, caffeine, alcohol, hot and spicy foods, carbonated drinks, fast foods and do not sleep immediately after having foods. Take a healthy diet, do regular exercise and try to lose your body weight if obese.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician and Fetal Medicine
