Suggest Treatment For Eustachian Tube Dysfunction Followed By Tinnitus And Spasms In The Right Eardrum

Hey I’ve had Eustachina tube dysfunction for 6 months, tinnitus for 2 months and now about a week ago i started having spasms in my right drum and it happens around 10 times a day but lately has increased to around 20, what can I do its causing me alot of anxiety and I’m still 19 years old :(
