HI doctor i have stomach pain problem in periods time previously i don t have this much pain now a days it has getting too much pain i cant able to control if i take any pain killer tablet bleeding has to be stopped please can you give me suggestion doctor

Excessive pain during menstruation is due to uterine muscle spasms. NSAIDs are effective for the pain. Mefenemic acid is preferred NSAID for the spasmodic pain.
